Who we are
This site belongs to Tyler Lehmann, a licensed life insurance producer in North Dakota. CSC Innovations builds and runs the site and its booking system for Tyler. On this page, "we" means Tyler and CSC Innovations acting for him.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- There are no ad trackers, no third-party analytics and no social media pixels.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- What you send through the booking form is used to arrange and hold your call.
What we collect when you book a call
Your name and phone number (required), your email (optional), the topic you pick, how you heard about Tyler, any note you write, and the time you choose. We also note how you reached the booking page, such as the button you tapped or a campaign tag in the link you followed. The consent box records that Tyler may call you at that number about that appointment.
Please don't put health details, Social Security numbers or account numbers in the note. Tyler will ask for what he needs on the call.
What we count when you visit
Without cookies, we count each visit: the page, the website you came from (its name only), any campaign tags in the link, the button you tapped, your country, whether you're on a phone or a computer, and the time. We don't store your IP address, build a profile of you, or follow you across other websites.
How we use it
- To arrange, confirm and hold your call, and to call you at the number you gave about that appointment.
- To see which pages and videos bring people in, so the site gets better.
Booking a call doesn't add you to a mailing list, and we don't send marketing texts or emails. If you'd rather Tyler text or email you about your appointment, tell him.
Who sees it
Tyler, and the CSC Innovations staff who run the site and the booking system. The company that hosts the site and its data (Cloudflare) processes it only to provide that service. We disclose information when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid legal order.
If you apply for insurance
Booking a call is not an application for insurance. If you later apply for a policy, the insurance company you apply with collects your information under its own privacy notice, which it gives you, and Tyler handles that information as the company and the law require.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details only as long as we need them to arrange your call and keep a record of it. Visit counts carry no name or contact details. Ask us to delete your booking details at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent through this site. Call or email Tyler (below) and we'll take care of it promptly.
Security
Every page and the booking form use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Booking details are kept in a protected database that only signed-in people can reach. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us details, contact Tyler and we'll delete them.
Other websites
Links to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Threads take you to sites with their own privacy policies. We don't control what they collect.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
